What is the Checkin App?

The Checkin app is a companion app built on the VSETA platform. It enables property managers, facility teams, and service providers to quickly:

  • Scan a QR code or NFC tag at a service location.
  • Submit cleaning and maintenance requests in a few taps.
  • Log completed work with timestamps and notes.
  • View recent service activity and status at that location.

The app connects directly to the VSETA workorder and reporting system used by Cleaning Vendors and their clients, providing live data for field teams and management dashboards.

Access and accounts

The app is not a consumer app and does not create public accounts. User access is provisioned by cleaning vendors or participating organizations. If you believe you should have access to the app:
